Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Red10's account and related data without reinstalling the app. These instructions apply to the Android game Red10's, package com.redten.dev.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the request from the email address of the Google account you use to sign in to the game.
  2. Send it to realnams@gmail.com.
  3. Use the subject Red10's account and data deletion request.
  4. Include your game nickname or friend code and the scope of deletion. If you want to delete only particular inquiries or reports rather than the whole account, identify those materials.

If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above and send your request manually. This page does not automatically delete an account. The Operator receives the request, confirms ownership and processes it. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.

Information deleted

When the whole account is deleted, the Operator deletes or removes the link to you from the Red10's sign-in account, public and private profiles, nickname and friend-code mappings, friendships, requests and invitations, access permissions, personal game records, statistics and rankings and identifiable inquiry or diagnostic information managed by the Operator. For shared game records that need to preserve other participants' records, the requester's identifying information may be removed instead.

Processing time and retention exceptions

After confirming ownership by email, the Operator processes the request without undue delay and replies about completion. If additional verification or legal retention is required, the Operator explains the reason, retained information and retention period. Diagnostic events and screenshots have a regular 30-day retention deadline, and error aggregates have a 180-day deadline. You may also request deletion of identifiable related information as part of your account-deletion request. Statistics no longer linked to an individual may be retained.

Google account and device data

This request concerns the Red10's service. It does not delete your Google account itself or advertising records that Google manages independently. Manage Google account information through Google Account Data & privacy. Data on your device can be removed through Android app-storage settings or by uninstalling the app.
