You may use this email address to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent.
1. Information processed and purposes
| Category | Information and use |
|---|---|
| Google sign-in | Google account identifiers, Firebase user identifiers, email and email verification status, sign-in provider information and basic profile information passed during authentication are used for sign-in, account identification and access checks. The Operator's game server does not collect or store your Google password. |
| Game profile | Your nickname, selected card-suit avatar, friend code, entered age, gender selection and profile creation or update times are used to create and manage your profile and check the age-entry condition. Gender includes a “Prefer not to disclose” option. Age and gender are stored in the private profile and are not included in the public profile. |
| Online play | Friend relationships and requests, invitations, room participation and readiness, game state, actions, scores, wins and losses, round records, experience, ranks, rankings and connection or processing times are used to find friends, conduct matches, settle results, synchronize records and maintain service stability. |
| Error and feedback reports | Report content, app version, error messages and call records, game mode, round and stage, recent actions, device manufacturer and model, Android version and runtime environment, install identifiers, transformed user identifiers, consent state and event or receipt times are used to analyze errors and improve the game. Automatic diagnostics are processed after checking diagnostics consent. Screenshots are processed when you agree to send them. Please avoid including personal information in screenshots. |
| Advertising | The Google AdMob advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers such as advertising IDs and App Set IDs, app and ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, performance measurement and prevention of misuse. The actual scope depends on the SDK, device settings and applicable consent state. |
| Inquiries and operational records | Your inquiry email address, messages and reply records are used to respond to inquiries and privacy requests. Cloud services may process connection IP addresses and technical request or error logs for security and service operations. |
Language, display and play settings, sign-in sessions and local game state may also be stored on your device. The app does not request your address book, entire photo library, microphone, camera or GPS-based precise location for game features. Information you include in an inquiry or attachment you send may be processed.
2. Collection methods and choices
Information is collected through Google sign-in, profile entry, game and online features, reports and inquiries you submit, the advertising SDK and server communication. Information needed for account and online services is processed when you use those features. Related online features may be limited if you do not sign in or complete required profile fields. If you do not agree to optional diagnostics or screenshot attachments, transmission of those materials is restricted.
3. Information visible to other users
Your nickname, avatar, friend code and displayed game records, ranks and rankings may be shown to other users through friend search, profiles, matches and similar features. Users in the same room can see participation state and public cards, actions, scores and other information needed for play. Email, age, gender and private error reports are not displayed in other users' public profiles.
4. External services and international processing
The Operator uses Google/Firebase for sign-in and cloud operations, Google AdMob for advertising and Gmail for email inquiries.
- Google/Firebase: account authentication, data storage, server functions, web pages and security or operational logs.
- Google AdMob: ad delivery and measurement and prevention of advertising misuse. Google and the relevant advertising services process advertising information.
- Gmail: receiving inquiries and rights requests and retaining replies.
The game database and main server functions operate in the Google Cloud Seoul region. When global Google authentication, advertising, email or other services are used, relevant information may be transferred over the network to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its subprocessors operate. Processing locations, retention terms and safeguards depend on the relevant Google policies and Firebase processing information below. You may limit processing by stopping use of the relevant feature, changing device advertising settings or asking the Operator for deletion or restriction of processing, although this may limit related features.
- Google Privacy Policy
- Firebase privacy and security information
- Firebase subprocessors
- Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure
The Operator does not sell personal information. Except for the service delivery and public features described above, your consent or a legal basis, the Operator does not provide personal information for a separate purpose.
5. Retention and disposal
- Accounts, profiles, friends and game records: retained while needed to provide the relevant services, then deleted or made no longer linked to an individual following an account-deletion request or the end of the processing purpose.
- Beta tester access information: used to manage access and cleaned up when beta participation ends, permission expires or deletion is requested. The allowlist is managed in restricted operational storage; transformed email values are used in the game database.
- Diagnostic events and attached screenshots: a retention deadline of 30 days after receipt is set, and expired materials are removed by scheduled cleanup. Error-type aggregates and related processing records have a 180-day retention deadline. Manual feedback and processing-status records are kept while needed to resolve the inquiry and follow up.
- Inquiry records: kept while needed to resolve inquiries and follow up, then deleted.
- Legal retention: when a legal retention duty or a separate basis such as responding to a dispute applies, information is kept only within the necessary scope and period, and the applicable details are explained to the requester.
Electronic information is deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult or is de-identified. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account or records. Retention and deletion of advertising or account information independently processed by Google are governed by Google's policies.
6. Rights requests and account deletion
You may follow the instructions on the account and data deletion page. From the email address used to register, contact realnams@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. The Operator may request the minimum additional information needed to confirm ownership but will not request passwords or verification codes. After confirmation, the Operator processes the request without undue delay and replies with the result or the reason for any restriction. A guardian or authorized representative may also submit a request after the required verification.
Deleting a Red10's account does not delete the Google account itself. Local game data remaining on your device can be removed through Android app-storage settings or by uninstalling the app.
7. Security
Network transmissions use encrypted communication such as HTTPS/TLS. Server access is restricted by authentication, permissions and database security rules. Transformed values are used for beta allowlist checks and certain diagnostic identifiers. These values may still be linked to an account and are therefore treated as information requiring protection.
8. Children, teenagers and advertising settings
Online profile registration currently requires an entered age of at least 14. If you believe personal information of a child under 14 has been registered, please contact the inquiry email address. After checking the report, the Operator takes necessary action, such as deletion. Content ratings and the age condition for online accounts are separate matters.
Android advertising privacy and advertising-ID settings allow you to reset or delete advertising identifiers. Depending on your region and the available features, you may manage choices through an advertising-consent form. Changing advertising settings does not necessarily remove all ads.
9. Policy changes and inquiries
If processing categories or purposes change, the Operator updates this page and its effective date and, where needed, gives notice in the app or through other means. Please send privacy inquiries or complaints to the Red10's Operator at realnams@gmail.com. Within South Korea, privacy-infringement consultation is available through the Privacy Infringement Report Center at 118, and dispute mediation through the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee at 1833-6972.
